あなたの目をひとつのところへ。あなたの体全体が光で満たされる。
あなたのひかりを隠さず、全ての人の目に見えるように輝き出させる。
世界は光が必要。だからあなた自身を我に使わせこの世に光を送り出させる。
光の小さなちらつきのひとつひとつも集める。光がより大きく、大きくなる。
我が光を産み出す者たち。結び、集え！

Concentrate on the Light; absorb it into your being.
Walk in the Light.
Create Light, so that all darkness is dispersed into nothingness.
Let your eye be single, so your whole body may be filled with Light.
Hide not your Light but let it shine forth for all to see.
The world needs Light, so let yourself be used by Me to send forth Light
into the world.
Let every tiny spark of Light be gathered, creating greater and greater
Light.
